These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between exalabs d.o.o. ("Provider") and the user ("User") of the Inventarko software.
Acceptance: By using the website, filling out a contact form, or accessing the software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Inventarko is a SaaS tool for demand forecasting. While we strive to ensure maximum availability (24/7), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation without downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure.
We offer a free trial period for testing functionality. During this period, the User uses the system "as-is," without charge. We reserve the right to terminate access for trial users at any time.
Data you enter into the system (sales history, inventory) remains exclusively your property.
Exalabs d.o.o. will not share your business data with third parties or use it for purposes other than providing the forecasting service, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
The Inventarko system provides estimates based on available data and statistical models. These estimates serve only as an aid in decision-making.

Exalabs d.o.o. is the exclusive owner of the application, source code, and algorithms. The User is granted a right to use (license), but does not become the owner of the software. Copying or granting access to third parties without permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the website or email. Continued use of the service is considered acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In case of a dispute, the competent court is in Zagreb.
